Our club just two years old in age but has the strength of a strong leadership foundation. We are fortunate to have a membership that is fully committed to the Rotary ideal of Service above Self, and never hesitates to go the extra mile in building the club, and carrying out the many worthwhile projects that we undertake for the benefit of our community.
Rotary Club a team of 63 members is committed to cater and work for the social welfare of the society. Being a part of RID 3054 it feel privileged to be a part of the mission Serve to Change Lives.
RCJC has constantly been working for the welfare of the destitute, orphan children, Old Age homes, Govt. School children and specially catering for Girls and Women Empowerment, by contributing in all means and kinds like uniforms, winter wears, shoes and socks, food items, medicines etc. Blood donation, Vaccination camp, Health Checkup camp, Plantation camp are routine activities.
Establishing A 20 bedded Free Dialysis Centre for the under privileged society of Rajasthan.
This year RCJC dreamt of a vivid project of establishing a free Dialysis centre for the under-privileged society of Rajasthan to be active 24x7 for that cadre of society which fails to get treatment due to lack of funds.
To bring a smile on the faces of these underprivileged RCJC decided on Ek Pahal Ek Muskaan Sangeetmay Surmala a 24 hrs nonstop live singing marathon by 110 amateur music maestros with 310 old melodies of 70-90 era sung nonstop in 1440 minutes, at the world famous Albert Hall.
The valedictory was attended by our young dynamic ex deputy Chief Minister Shri Sachin Pilot.
Keeping the theme of Each One to Grow One RCJC had a plant gifting programme at Acharya Bhikshu Public School, Johri Bazaar.
The Management and Staff of the school were gifted with16 potted plants
In a small ceremony the teachers were counselled on how they in their role are to be nurturing children with the 21st century skills applicable in their real life situations.
The club had contributed 1500 rakhis, out of which 1200 rakhis/ raksha sutra were handmade and self made by club ladies, 1500 pckts of assorted sweets, 225 pckts o f mishri and elaichi daane alongwith roli and rice for tika.
